All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products once opened
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved due to a verified defect or error on our part, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
